Product information "DNA Control PI"

Reagent kit for performing quality control of flow cytometers used for DNA staining, when using excitation with a blue or green laser and measuring in the red fluorescence channel. DNA Control PI consists of fixed and propidium iodide-labelled red blood cells from trout. The material is characterised by the homogeneous fluorescent staining of cell nuclei. DNA Control PI is well suited for the alignment of the instrument and setting up and validating the device for high analysis resolution and signal linearity.
